Bradley Bostick is an AV rated Super Lawyer with 40 years of civil litigation and trial experience, including numerous jury trials throughout California.
He has litigated hundreds of high-exposure product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, premise liability, construction defect, asbestos and employment cases.
His current practice consists primarily of conducting mediations and arbitrations. He also continues to represent plaintiffs in civil matters on a selective basis.
Mr. Bostick has mediated over 1500 civil cases ranging from complex tort and contract matters involving multiple parties and multi-million dollar disputes to routine motor vehicle and premise liability cases. He approaches each mediation with patience, persistence and complete neutrality. He is a firm believer in active pre-mediation efforts and follow-up when necessary.
Mr. Bostick has completed over 250 hours of formal mediation training and shadowed several of Northern California's most accomplished mediators before starting his own mediation practice in 2005.
Mr. Bostick is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley and received his J.D. from Golden Gate University.
Mr. Bostick has conducted seminars on a number of legal issues for a variety of professional organizations and has published numerous articles for various legal publications.
